Badminton Express ships nationwide across New Zealand using quick and reliable courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Items are usually dispatched within 2 business days after your order is confirmed.
Custom or strung rackets may require an additional up to 2 business days to prepare before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes (from Dispatch)

Auckland: 1 – 2 business days
North Island: 2 – 3 business days
South Island: 2 – 3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier network delays. Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been collected by the courier, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is not available at this time.
